This is a beautiful little Boutique Hotel. We were met by a very friendly member of staff who brought us into a lovely reception room to check us in and explain all the facilities. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Little touches like fresh orange juice left in our room and good coffee making facilities with fresh milk made all the difference. Even an umbrella was supplied to help us cope with the rainy weather if needed. Ideal location in the centre of Bromley, close to shopping, restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be returning here.

We pre-checked in via the online app on my phone and it made it really easy to get into our room after 8pm at night. When we arrived to the room, there was a welcome card, along with smoothies left out on the table for us which was classy. The room was very spacious with a comfortable king size bed, coffee machine, TV, wireless charging lamps, and a beautiful bathroom. The bathroom had lovely scented in-house soaps/shampoos, bath robes and slippers!

there is almost nothing I did not like when it came to this hotel. the rooms were exceptionally clean, there was water and a drink of choice waiting for us in the room as well as tea,coffee and water at our disposal in the library downstairs. it was a wonderful stay and the staff as well as any professionals that came in to work on the place were beyond lovely. (the hotel is fairly new so work was still being done on it)

The decor is beautiful and the facilities like the Dyson hairdryer and Steamery steamer added to the luxury feel. The location is ideal - central for stations and restaurants but quiet.
